Legal Notice to Raquel Levis
Along with Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, legal notices have been sent to several members of the Vanderpump Rules cast. The legal notices claim that the said FaceTime video was recorded without permission and is therefore illegal. Although the letter does not directly address Sandoval as the person who recorded the video, he is alleged to have described him as the person who recorded the video.
Lawyers have warned that this FaceTime video should be deleted by anyone who has access to it in any way or manner. The video should also not be distributed as it would be a violation of a California law that makes it illegal to distribute non-consensual pornography. Even if the video is forwarded to only one person, it is punishable by law.
The legal notice also states that this matter must be taken very seriously. According to PEOPLE, in Ariana Madix’s legal notice it was written that although the video may have caused distress, re-recording the video could result in civil and criminal penalties. No official comment was made by any parties involved in the case.
It was also reported that Raquel Levis filed a restraining order against her ex-girlfriend Chyna Shay amid all the drama.
