Beats Studio Buds+ was launched by the Apple-owned company as the successor to the Beats Studio Buds. The new earphones feature a transparent design. They provide support for Android features such as Google Fast Pair and one-touch pairing. It also has a Find My Support feature on iOS. The earphones are claimed to provide up to 36 hours of playback time. Apple is yet to announce if the Beats Studio Buds+ will be launched in India — the Beats Studio Buds are slated to launch in 2021.

The Beats Studio Buds+ are priced at $169.99 (roughly Rs. 14,000), and the earphones are available for purchase in the US via the company’s website. The earphones are available in a transparent design option in addition to the standard black/gold and ivory color options.

The newly launched Beats Studio Buds+ are equipped with two dynamic listening modes, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency mode. It supports Google Fast Pair, Audio Switch, and Google Find My Device, as well as iOS features like Siri voice commands, tracking via Find My, and over-the-air wireless updates.

In terms of battery life, the new Beats Studio Buds+ provide up to 36 hours of use, with 27 hours via the charging case and nine hours of playback on either earbud. Additionally, it is also claimed to provide up to an hour of battery life with a quick 5-minute fuel charge.

Beats Studio Buds+ are equipped with upgraded microphones to filter out background noise during calls. The case features a USB Type C port for charging. Apart from that, the earbuds have an IPX4 water and sweat resistance rating. Each earbud weighs 5g, while the case weighs 49g, according to the company.
