Attack on Titan: How does Mikasa’s “See you later, Eren” dialogue affect the story?

Entertainment

The third installment of Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3 has been eagerly anticipated. Created by MAPPA, the new season will reveal what a rebellious Eren does. Pretty Erin has been in shock and now it’s time to make the last call. After the events they witnessed in the previous season, viewers from all over the world want to know what happens next. Eren kills people as part of the growl. Now on guard, Scout tries to stop him. The fact that the Eldians and Marleyans worked together to end the chaos was great.

The line “See you later, Eren” is one of Mikasa’s most famous quotes. Although it was set to happen in Season 1 Episode 1, it never happened. Even though it happened in the Manga, people were really confused why it didn’t happen.

Tonight, the entire world witnessed Mikasa hand over the line. How will this affect what will happen in the upcoming episodes?

What does “See you later, Eren” mean for the Attack on Titan season finale?

Recently, there have been leaks all over the internet. And through the leaks, it was revealed that the line will appear in the next episode. Lucky for viewers, it will be the opening line for tonight’s episode.

According to @thisiseppy on Instagram, this dialogue provides an “important link” between the beginning and end of the story. It is also said that young Eren, who is initially seen sitting under the tree, is closing his eyes at this moment (as shown in the manga). When he does, he sees Mikasa as an older, wiser version of herself. He cries when he opens his eyes and finds a younger version of her. And then he asks questions about the reason for his crying.

This moment is considered a closure for all manga readers as it marks a complete cycle that they will witness. The studio’s inclusion of this series is like saying “goodbye” to viewers who have watched this series for over 10 years.

Hajime Isayama’s story changed his fans’ perceptions of him. The entire fandom is currently on a whirl as they try to generate hypotheses about what might be going on. Stay tuned for more updates as new episodes are released!
