Georgetown police are investigating a reported shooting on grande mesa drive
GPD said officials responded to the incident at the 1400 block of Grande Mesa Drive. Police confirm that a woman was removed from the scene by paramedics and that officers spoke to a man inside the home.
Neither the identity of those involved nor the extent of the woman’s injuries were disclosed.
GPD said the scene is safe and there is no additional risk to the community.
Investigators and crime scene crews are working on the incident. Further information was not immediately available.
