One big star is leaving law order svu after season 24

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is losing a cast member.
The long-running NBC drama, which is set to arrive with Season 24 this fall, will have one less star after it debuts with the premiere episode, which is set to make history for the franchise.
Season 24 premieres on NBC Thursday, September 22, at 9 p.m. ET.
