Taylor Swift and rumored boyfriend Mattie Healy were spotted together in New York City. The bejeweled and 1975 lead singer was seen leaving the Electric Lady studios on May 16. Several other celebrities, including Kendrick Lamar, were in attendance at the studio.

Taylor and Matty were spotted together on May 16. The pair were seen leaving Electric Lady studios together. Swift had the biggest smile on her face as Matty led her out of the building with his hand on her back. For the outing, Taylor wore her purple and gray NYU sweatshirt and paired it with a skirt. Matty chose a black shirt and black shorts.
There were several other stars in the studio, besides couple Kendrick Lamar, who collaborated with Taylor on her track “Bad Blood,” and Jack Antonoff and his fiancee, Margaret Qualley. Jerrod Carmichael, Florence Welch, Adam Goldberg and Christopher Abbott are also seen leaving the studio.

Are Taylor Swift and Matty Hailey dating?
After knowing each other for years, Taylor and Matty were caught in the middle of romance rumors. They were initially linked in 2014 when Matty denied dating the “Blank Space” singer, and the rumor resurfaced when Taylor performed with 1975 at their London concert in January 2023. Matty was an opening act at Taylor’s concert in Nashville alongside Phoebe Bridgers. Many fans also spotted Matty while watching Taylor’s concert with her father, Scott Swift. Mattie supported Taylor by going to a total of 6 shows of the Eras Tour in Nashville and Philadelphia. The couple was photographed leaving the venue together after Taylor’s show in Nashville. The stars were also spotted holding hands last week although neither of them has confirmed the official status of their relationship.
A source revealed the status of Taylor and Matty’s relationship by saying, “Taylor is happy. She’s very focused on her touring but enjoys hanging out with Matty when she’s out.” They added, “They just hang out and have a good time. It’s not just platonic.”
Meanwhile, Healy recently faced backlash after an old video of him talking about masturbation surfaced online. Swift’s fans have also criticized and questioned why the singer is dating Matty.
