This company pays $100 per hour to watch TikTok content for 10 hours
We all know that spending hours on social media apps, scrolling through content and checking out new trends has only distracted us without giving us significant benefits.
However, one company gives you monetary benefits if you scroll TikTok for 10 hours. Yes! you read it right.
Influencer marketing agency Ubiquitous has announced it will pay $100 an hour to three people who watch TikTok for 10 hours. The company hopes the decision will help it gauge emerging trends online.
Here’s how to apply for a TikTok watch job:
First, subscribe to Ubiquitous on YouTube and send a short blurb about why you’re best suited for the job.
It should be noted that the marketing agency is looking for people aged 18 and over who know how the platform works – trends in particular.
After the viewing session, participants are asked to post their experience on social media and tag the company.
The deadline to apply is May 31. Candidates will be notified seven days after the application deadline.
TikTok is a video-sharing social media app owned by Beijing-based technology company ByteDance.
Separately, TikTok has created a new fund in which creators are rewarded for augmented reality effects. TikTok’s Effect Creator Rewards fund pays creators who create AR effects using TiktTok’s Effect House tool.
Initially, creators will receive $700 for each effect used in 500,000 unique videos within 90 days of publication. For every 100,000 videos posted with the effect within the same time period, the creator earns $140.
