Uniqlo Releases UT “Attack on Titan” Collection to Celebrate Anime’s Final Season – See Pictures
Uniqlo has teamed up with another super popular manga (*cough* Aattack titan) on a limited-edition collaboration, and this one will be hot.
The mega-retailer has teamed up with Kodansha for a tribute to the final season of The attack of the Titans, the hugely popular manga and anime series about a group of friends trying to save themselves and their home from the bloodthirsty Titans. (The first half of the final season premiered March 3 and can be streamed on Crunchyroll, with the second half premiering later this year.)
The Uniqlo UTxAattack titan The collection includes eight original designs from the series, including one where main character Eren Yeager transforms into a Titan (sorry for the spoiler if you haven’t caught up with the anime), an ode to fan-favorite Captain Levi, and another featuring the series. ‘ three tracks (Eren, Mikasa and Armin) together.
If your favorites are still in stock, buy them ASAP because The attack of the Titans has a huge fan base eager to rock their favorite characters and moments into their wardrobes. As stated by a press release, the manga series has sold over 100 million copies in the United States and abroad. Each t-shirt sells for $24.90 and ranges in size from XXS to 3XL. The collection is available online and in Uniqlo retail stores, with the US drop taking place from March 30. Other launch dates vary by region.
Uniqlo has partnered with several popular anime series with great success, including two Jujutsu Kaisen drops and three drops with Demon slayer. We can only imagine the The attack of the Titans the collaboration will be just as important, so hopefully another episode is already in the works.
